BACKSTAGE

HELLO SWEETIES
 If you read my blog, you must know that we had been assigned to make dresses for those who are performing at the award show and we were doing that in a group and in our group we had to make 6 dresses, for 3 couple dance which were typical nepali item dance, salsa and waltz dance. And on the main day i knew we had to be backstage running errands, styling our people and will be very tired so i chose a very laid back and comfortable outfit. I dont really have very nice pictures of my outfit.

The dresses that we made. Before you judge let me tell you few things a- we are a bunch of amature and this is our first try. b- we were not given a single penny for this, we had to spend our money on everything and c- we were informed about this only a week prior to the program so these 6 outfits were made in 5 days. So, please appriciate the hardwork behind it. :)

These are the dresses that we made except the blue top the guy above is wearing. And since my blog topic is titled backstage, i am not leaving without sharing my backstage experience am i?? This was my very first back stage experience but i knew beforehand that this is going to be difficult and tiring so i chose this outfit, very comfortable flare pants so that i could move around easily and a wedge heel  so that my legs doesn't hurt from running around all day but there were some classmates who were all dolled up wearing tight skirts, high stilettos   i dont know how they managed but if they were comfortable like that i cant say anything, its their wish afterall. Backstage was quite fun though, interacting with the people from kollywood, i was more than glad because the people we made dresses for were really easy to work with. They were very friendly, with zero bad attitude and a lovely human being, while other clasmates of mine had pretty hard time with their celebrities. The only minus point of that program was that we were not treated with care, i mean we were called at 12 and we had to stay till 9 and we were not provided with any food or water. We were starving yet we could not go out and bring any snacks. Other than that everything else was good, we gained experience and that's what counts the most. :)
